Ashley and Stephanie are highly skilled Nurse Practitioners with 16 years of clinical experience, and a combined dedicated focus in aesthetics for the past 8 years.
They have trained extensively with some of the most respected leaders in the aesthetics industry, ensuring that every treatment is performed with advanced skill, artistry, and the highest standards of safety.

Founded by two highly trained Family Nurse Practitioners & identical twin sisters, with a passion for beauty, health/ wellness and patient-centered care, our medical spa combines medical expertise with a luxurious spa experience.
SLAE Aesthetics is a med spa local to Tampa that specializes in aesthetic treatments, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight loss SLAE Aesthetics, founded in 2022 by the ‘Twinjectors’ Ashley and Stephanie, partners with clients on their rejuvenation journey.

Another amazing experience at SLAE. I went in about my lips done somewhere else in town over a year ago. The ladies gave me super honest feedback and we agreed on a plan to move forward to get the natural look I was going for. We dissolved my old fillers and two weeks later; I went back for my fill. Both processes were virtually painless, which is not the experience I’ve had elsewhere. They were so concerned with my comfort the whole time. I love their professional candor and knowledge around all things aesthetics. I trust them with all the things!
Absolutely amazing experience! They both consult together with you and address all your concerns. They set up a treatment plan to occur over time to address all your skin and aging concerns. I could not be happier I found them! If you are going somewhere else, go in for a consult and see what the this team can do for you! They even do follow-ups to be sure you are satisfied.
I got a lip flip here and had such a great experience! The ladies were so nice, welcoming the whole time. Everything was explained and the process was quick and easy. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend.
This is the best medspa I’ve been to in the Tampa Bay Area. The NPs are incredibly knowledgeable, they educate you on the entire process and make sure you’re comfortable with services. I came into Slae to have filler in my lips dissolved, I was unsure they could salvage my lips and bring them back to pre-filler look. I was WOWed by the results, my lips were finally even and smooth again. It was a nerve racking experience but the staff truly put me at ease, they checked on me after as well which I really appreciate. I will be a customer for life!
I had my first consultation today at Slae! I had the pleasure of meeting both co-founders as they dived into my history making sure I receive the treatments I need. They answered all my questions and concerns without any pressure and were both so kind and welcoming. They prioritize patient education and comfort and explain everything in detail of what treatments options are best. I left feeling confident and excited for my upcoming treatment. 5-stars!!
Ashley and Stephanie are both wonderful. They are committed to a natural look and do not push products or procedures on anyone which I appreciate. They ask a lot of questions about what your goals are and what you want to do and they spend the time needed explaining what they are doing. Pricing is competitive and it’s always easy to make an appointment or change an appointment. Mariah at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming.
